Filezilla and Firewalls

I opened my site (stockbuz2.net) and had no problem uploading JR with filezilla. I was able to connect again yesterday morning but by afternoon when I wanted to upload the Ning bundle, I could no longer connect to the server. The error I receive is "Network error: Software caused connection abort" I'm running FZ 10 and see no new updates available. When I run the setup wizard, it times out. hi everyone, I'm new to Jamroom, migrating over from ning 3, I am having a hard time gasping everything, even after following the awesome documentation, I get lost when I get in the acp. I keep bugging tech support and they never complain no matter how many times they explain. if only there was tech support for comprehension lol, have a great day every one!

Jamroom and proxima

I know there's no documentation yet, but is it safe to run proxima on an existing jamroom build? there is no conflict with any existing modules right? I wanted to be sure because it the install only mentioned to in stall Proxima on the JR core. It didn't mention one way or another any other modules being installed.

Huge thanks go to Brian for the swift and trouble-free server upgrade for my client, Stan Urban, who recently made the semi-finals in The Voice UK. quota_jrProfile_privacy_changes and admin

This has had me confused for a while: If a profile quota has quota_jrProfile_privacy_changes set to "off", admin still sees the privacy options in profile settings but changing the setting has no effect. Shouldn't that dropdown be disabled, or not appear at all? Or should admin be able to override that setting for a profile?

MariaDB and Litespeed Server

beta core and cacching

was anything changed as far as caching in new beta core? system check shows op_cache_status is a disabled function i cant seem to remove it from plesk php editor additionaly freedomswings.org only alows 26 m uploads despite whatever i set in memory_limit max post and max upload sizes this does not change and php info does not update (even with ctrl f5 hard refresh) unless you rename the file phpinfonew shows 26 G for all 3 values yet the upload limit won't change in the site additionaly...
